Printing your Guide

Step One: 
Design your Buyer or Seller Guide
 
Step Two:
When you are finished designing your guide be sure to select “PDF Print” when downloading any of these guides, check the “Crop marks and bleed” and lastly change the color profile to CMYK (if you do not have Canva Pro, you can leave it on RGB)
 
Step Three (Optional):
I would highly recommend you preview your guide in a flip through book style before printing. This is a great way to proof read everything and make sure the formatting is to your liking
A free tool for previewing your booklet that I use is issuu.com you can upload your guide for free and flip through it easily.

Luxury Option: 8.5″x11″ Black Hard Cover Books (24 pages/12 sheets) – Double
Sided/Full Color/100# Gloss Text + Thermal Binding
 
Cost Effective Option: 8.5″x11″ Guide Black “soft” Cover Books 300GSM (24 pages/12 sheets) – Double Sided/Full Color/80# Gloss Text + Thermal Binding 
 
Pricing depends on how many you buy, I would recommend purchasing 5-10 at a time for the best price. That being said you can expect to pay a minimum of $30 per hardcover booklet.
