If you are a new broker, your real estate license is not automatically issued after you have passed the Colorado Real Estate Associate Broker Examination. You will need to create a new account with DORA, click the link above and then click on “Register” below the login form.

You will also need to purchase E&O insurance in order to add MODUS as your brokerage. Please visit the next icon (E&O Insurance) to obtain that certification. 

Please note  if you are applying for your real estate license it can take up to 7 business days for your license to be issued. You SHOULD NOT be handling transactions until your license has been issued.
